THIS TERM SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of the Effective Date by and between Image API, LLC, a State of Florida limited liability company with offices located at 2002 Old St. Augustine Rd., Bldg. D, Tallahassee, FL 32301 (“Service Provider or Vendor”), and the individual or entity identified as Customer on the signature page of this Agreement (“Customer”), each a “Party”.
