This Amendment (hereafter referred to as the “Amendment”) is entered into by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois1 (“AT&T Illinois”) and Data Net Systems, L.L.C. (“CLEC”). AT&T Illinois and CLEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment applies in AT&T Illinois’ service territory in the State of Illinois.
