BASICS: Host business will hold BAH at their business or place of their choosing from 5:15pm to 7:00pm on the date scheduled above. The Chamber will provide the hosting business with a rough attendance count the Monday prior to the event (average attendance 50 people). Hosts are asked to provide food and beverages for those attending (if catering we ask that you use a Chamber member). If alcohol is provided the hosting business is responsibility to monitor all consumers. The Norfolk Area Chamber will not be responsible for any attendee’s consumption of alcohol. Hosts can provide free handouts, gifts or promotional items to attendees as well as
