This CHALLENGE COST SHARE AGREEMENT is hereby made and entered into by and between Pennington, County of, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Region 2, Black Hills National Forest, Mystic Ranger District hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the authority: Secure Rural Schools and Community Self- Determination Act of 2000, Public Law 106-393, 16 U.S.C. 500, as reauthorized and amended by the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, Energy Improvement and Extension Act of 2008, and Tax Extenders and Alternative Minimum Tax relief Act of 2008, Section 601(a) in division C of Pub. L. 110.
