(“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between California-American Water Company, a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” Monterey One Water (formerly the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency), hereinafter referred to as the “Agency,” and Monterey Peninsula WaterManagement District, hereinafter referred to as the “District.” The Company, the Agency, and the District are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
