THIS AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of May, 2008, by and between Catena Oil & Gas LLC, a Texas limited liability company (herein sometimes called the “General Partner”), and EFS O&G, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (herein sometimes called the “Limited Partner”). THIS AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 5th day of May, 2003, by and between BEP (GP) I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (herein sometimes called the “General Partner”), and TIFD III-X LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (herein sometimes called the “Limited Partner”).
