This Data Processing Agreement, including the annexes hereto, (“DPA”) is entered into between Kaltura, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 250 Park Avenue South, 10th Floor, New York, NY, USA (“Company”) on behalf of itself and the Company Affiliates, and the undersigned customer of Company (“Licensee”) on behalf of itself and the Licensee Affiliates. This DPA forms part of the Master License and Professional Services Agreement (or similarly titled master services agreement) between the parties and sets out the parties’ agreement with respect to the processing of Personal Data.
