THIS AGREEMENT (hereafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between the SANTA BARBARA COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (hereafter, “SBCAG”) and Replica, Inc., having its principal place of business at and 3610 W. 95th Street, Leawood, KS 66206 (hereafter, “CONTRACTOR”), individually referred to as Party, or collectively as Parties, wherein CONTRACTOR agrees to provide and SBCAG agrees to accept the services specified herein.
