WHEREAS the Oregon Department of Transportation and the Jackson County entered into a Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement No. 824 on January 28, 2020 where the Parties agreed that upon approval of the Resolution by the OTC all the jurisdiction over Unit A of Crater Lake Highway- Crater Lake Avenue Frontage Road would be transferred from the Department of Transportation to Jackson County.
