Reference is made to the Market Data License Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and among Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc., (“CME”) and (the “Distributor” under the Agreement) is a Member (as defined below). Unless otherwise specified in this Member Pay Per User Addendum (this “Addendum”), capitalized terms used in this Addendum have the meanings as set out in the Agreement.
