This “Second Addendum” to the License and Affiliation Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Citizens of the World Charter Schools, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Licensor”), and Citizens of the World Charter Schools – Los Angeles, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Licensee”), shall be effective as of July 31, 2014 (the “Effective Date”). Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed in the Agreement.
