THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of May 10, 2021 by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (“City”) and the Transportation Technology Center, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called the “Company”). Company and City are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
