This Articulation Agreement has been established between the University of West Georgia (UWG) and Georgia Highlands College (GHC). This memorandum formally recognizes that UWG and GHC agree to work together to provide complementary educational opportunities for students. Two paths are included: 1) Matriculation, in which the GHC nursing student will graduate with the BSN, and upon meeting certain criteria, will matriculate the next semester into the UWG MSN program, and 2) Accelerated BSN-MSN, in which the GHC BSN nursing student, during their final semester at GHC, will take UWG MSN courses in lieu of GHC courses. The UWG Tanner Health System School of Nursing would have the right to provide information about the MSN program and to actively recruit GHC students for automatic admission to the UWG MSN Program.
