AMENDMENT OF PIPELINE EASEMENTPipeline Easement • February 5th, 2021
This Amendment of Pipeline Easement (“Amendment”) is entered into on February 16, 2021 (the “Amendment Date”), and effective as of October 20, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) is made by and between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas, a navigation district operating under Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution (hereinafter called “Authority”), and Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. LP, a Delaware limited partnership, or its assigns (hereinafter called “Grantee”). Authority and Grantee each herein called a “Party” and together the “Parties”.
