The College’s TENANCY AGREEMENT, the Graduate Handbook of St Hugh’s College, Oxford, and the terms and conditions of Endsleigh’s insurance cover (www.blockhalls.co.uk) create legally binding obligations between the College and the Student. You are advised to ensure that you understand and accept their contents before signing. This is particularly important for international students, for the tenancy agreement is governed by English law which may be quite different to the law which applies in their own country.
