THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between Town of Friday Harbor, San Juan County, Washington, hereinafter referred to as "the Town", and Wilson Engineering, LLC ("the Consultant"), a Washington limited liability company, with a place of business at 805 Dupont Street, Bellingham, WA 98225, collectively referred to as "Parties", shall be effective upon the authorized signatures of both Parties to this Agreement ("Effective Date").
