This Staffing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on (the “Effective Date”) by and between the County of Merced, a political subdivision of the state of California, with offices at 2222 M Street, Merced CA 95340 (hereafter referred to as “Client”) and SnapMedTech, Inc. (dba SnapNurse) with offices at 1201 Peachtree St NE, Building 400 Suite 1800, Atlanta, GA 30361 (hereafter referred to as “Agency”) (together the “Parties”).
