This Appendix is an integral part of the Master Agreement for Access to Poles, Ducts, Conduits, and Rights-of-Way to which it is attached and sets forth the rates, fees and charges to be paid by Applicant to NEVADA pursuant to the Master Agreement and licenses subject to the Master Agreement. The rates, fees, and charges set forth in this Appendix shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and commission orders as provided in Section 19.1 of the Master Agreement and shall be subject to revision as provided in Section 19.12 of the Master Agreement.
