Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-952 et. seq., this Intergovernmental Agreement is made this day of , 2018, by and through the Arizona Game and Fish Commission (“Commission”), and the City of Tempe (“Town”). The terms “Department” and “Director” in this Agreement hereinafter refer to the Arizona Game and Fish Department and its Director, acting as administrative agent for the Commission.
