The Application by COLNEY HEATH PARISH COUNCIL (“CHPC”) for a grant to help finance the Project described below has been approved by DET. Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set out, DET agrees to provide and CHPC agrees to accept funding by way of a grant of up to £30,000 (“the Grant”).
