In consideration of the opportunity to participate in and/or travel for (hereinafter “activity”) at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, I , hereby covenant not to sue and further release, waive, and discharge the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the University System of Maryland, the State of Maryland, and any and all officers, servants, agents, employees, and providers of transportation of such entities (hereinafter “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action, whatsoever, arising out of or in any way related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of or breach of any express or implied contract by Releasees or otherwise while participating in said activity or while in or upon the premises where said activity is being conducted or while in transit during and to and from said activity.
