THIS MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is made this the day of , 20 between META Solutions, an Ohio Regional Council of Government whose principal office is located at 100 Executive Drive Marion, OH 43302 (hereinafter “META”) and Miamisburg City School District whose address is 540 East Park Avenue, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 (hereinafter “Owner”), (each a “party” and together “parties”).
