NOTE: This Specimen Contract is provided as a basis on which to develop Proposals. Proposers should note that although the Contract that is executed with a Contractor is likely to be based on this Specimen Contract, it may not necessarily be identical to this Specimen Contract. This particular version of the Specimen Contract is generally aligned with a “Turnkey” service delivery model (for more detail please refer to the Request for Proposals document) and would have to be varied if other models were adopted. However, this version does give an indication of the expectations of NAFC and the types of clauses that may be included in any Contract.
