By opening a sealed First Base Solutions® Data Package (the "Licensed Products"), you agree to accept and be legally bound by all the following terms and conditions which govern the use by you of the Licensed Products (as defined below). The same terms and conditions shall apply to use by you of the Licensed Products if delivered to you on compact disc or other media. First Base Solutions® ("FBS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of J.D. Barnes Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the data and map images presented on this web-site or, enclosed within this sealed First Base Solutions® Data Package, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
