This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered between the Studio Transportation Drivers Local Union No. 399 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“Local 399” or “Union”), on the one hand, and the Association of Independent Commercial Producers, Inc. (“AICP”), on behalf of the commercial and promo production companies that have consented or hereafter consent to be bound by the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between Local 399 and AICP (individually, “Employer,” and collectively, “Employers”), on the other hand.
