Copyright. The Presenter retains all copyright interest in, and ownership of, the Work. Presenter hereby irrevocably grants and assigns to BYU and its affiliates, including The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free license to use, record, reproduce, publish, and distribute the Work in any form of media and/or technology now known or to be developed, without limitation or restriction. If the Work is recorded by BYU, then BYU will own the copyright to said recording and it may not be used by Presenter without the express written consent of BYU.
