By engaging in the rental of equipment and/or the utilization of services provided by Nor-Kam Vacuum Pumping Service (2002) Inc, DBA Nor-Kam Rentals Inc. (“Nor-Kam”), with its principal place of business located at 1801 98th Ave, Dawson Creek, British Columbia, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Equipment Rental and Service Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement delineates the obligations, responsibilities, and rights of both Nor-Kam and the Customer concerning the rental of equipment and the provision of associated services. Engagement with Nor-Kam’s rentals or services constitutes the Customer's explicit acceptance of and agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions without reservation.
