For the purposes of this Schedule 21, the term "Site" shall include the South Kirkby Main RCV Site, the Temporary HWRC Site and the Temporary TLS Site and the term "Site" as defined in Clause 1 (Definitions) of this Contract (excluding the South Kirkby Main RCV Site, the Temporary HWRC Site and the Temporary TLS Site) shall have the same meaning as the term "Premises" in each of the Leases of the Sites and references to "Waste Management Facility" shall include the South Kirkby Main RCV Facility
