Parties. This Agreement between the Company and the Company’s Retail Customer (“Agreement”), dated as of ____________(“Effective Date” of this Agreement) is for a Simplified Process interconnection application and is entered into, by and between (doing business as National Grid), a Massachusetts Corporation with a principal place of business at 40 Sylvan Rd, Waltham, MA 02451 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and , a(n) with a principal place of business (or residence) at , , (“Customer”). (The Company and Customer are collectively referred to as the “Parties”). Terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1.2 of the Interconnection Tariff, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
