The Contractor shall be responsible for health protection and safety at work of all persons in the area of the Taken over Parts of Site during the Work performance for the full period from the Commencement Day until the moment of the Handover and Acceptance of the Work, event. during the Work Defects removal. The Contractor shall ensure for the full period of the Work performance safety of work and operation, especially observing all legal regulations on safety and health protection at work and fire protection in the Workplace and on environment protection and it shall be responsible for damages caused by their breach. The Contractor shall have an approved plan SHPW (PPSPS) according to Sub-article 9.3 of the Contract for execution of works on the Taken over Parts of Site.
