In accordance with the Agreement, the City of Everett hereby issues the Partial Certificate of Completion for the portion of the Developer Property legally described on Exhibit A hereto, releasing such legally-described property from certain obligations, including but not limited to the Option to Repurchase set forth in Section 10.1 under the Agreement in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Agreement.
