THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of November, 2016 by and between Excelsior College, a not-for- profit education corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal office located at 7 Columbia Circle, Albany, New York 12203 (hereafter referred to as “Excelsior”), and Jamestown Community College, an education corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal office located at 525 Falconer Street, P.O. Box 20, Jamestown, New York, (hereafter referred to as “JCC”).
