This Settlement and Mutual General Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 18th day of March, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between Munoz Construction Company (“Munoz”) and the City of Redlands (“City”). Munoz and City are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
