This Excepted Holder Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of January, 2016, by and between WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust, an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario (the “REIT”), and Her Majesty The Queen In Right of Alberta, both in her own capacity and as trustee for certain public sector pension plans as set forth in Exhibit A hereto (“AIMCo”).
