THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the date on which You consent to this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and between you, the End-User (“You”), and Watershed Innovations, LLC (d/b/a Osmosis) and its affiliates including, without limitation, Fineline Industries, LLC (collectively, “Osmosis” and, together with You, collectively the “Parties”).
