This End-User Subscription and License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between the restaurant and food provider or food delivery service from hereto known as (“Vendor”) and an end user of Vendor’s System, as defined below (“User”, “You” “Your”). Vendor provides food ordering for pickup and delivery. You agree that when you access or use the System, You will do so subject to this Agreement. DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SYSTEM IF YOU ARE UNWILLING OR UNABLE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
