THIS AGREEMENT (“Addendum”), dated June 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Oklahoma (“AT&T Oklahoma”) and Stillwater, Oklahoma (“City of Stillwater”). AT&T Oklahoma and City of Stillwater shall each sometimes be referred to separately as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
