Pursuant to this Agreement (the “Amendment”), IDS Long Distance, Inc (“IDS Long Distance”) and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” hereby agree to amend that certain Master Interconnection Agreement (“the Agreement”) between BellSouth and IDS Long Distance dated May 6, 1998.
