This Agreement establishes the joint commitment of the Registered Providers and Wiltshire Council to increase the delivery of good quality, affordable homes across Wiltshire. The parties undertake to maximise the number of new affordable homes across Wiltshire and to assist Wiltshire Council in addressing identified housing priorities and meeting demonstrable need. Provider Members are also expected to contribute to the wider aims/objectives contained within the Local Plan, Supplementary Planning Documents and other key strategies and policies produced by Wiltshire Council.
