This Agreement is between you and Financial Pulse Limited and sets out the terms on which Financial Pulse offers you access to and use of certain services via the online Platform, called Angel Groups (AG). These services are offered exclusively to investors with professional experience in matters relating to investments or high net worth individuals. This Terms of Service details the binding contract between you and Financial Pulse Limited and it sets out our joint obligations in respect of the provision of Services by us and there use by you.
