THIS IS A LEASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Lease”) made , 2021, (“Effective Date”) by and between COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “County” or “Lessor”) and CHANNEL REEF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, a nonprofit California corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”, without regard to number and gender. The County and Tenant may individually be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
