This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of <Insert Date> to the Managed Print Services Contract No. 82121500-NASPO-16-ACS (“Contract”), between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and <Insert Contractor Name> (“Contractor”) are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Participating Addendum unless otherwise defined herein.
