These Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and any and all agreements, invoices, appendices, and/or exhibits attached hereto or otherwise issued in connection herewith (collectively, the “Agreement”), by and between The Florida International University Board of Trustees (“FIU”) and Vendor (the other party defined in the Agreement), constitutes the entire agreement between FIU and Vendor and supersedes. If any discrepancy, difference or conflict exists between the various provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
