This Separation Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 14th day of November 2023, by and between the Central Bucks School District (“School District” or “Board”) and Abram M. Lucabaugh, Ed.D. (“Dr. Lucabaugh” or “Superintendent” or “District Superintendent”) and sets forth the complete terms and conditions of Dr. Lucabaugh’s separation from employment with the School District. The School District and Dr. Lucabaugh shall be referred to collectively herein as “the Parties.”
