This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, hereinafter referred to as the “MOU,” is hereby made and entered into as of the date on final signature below and between the parties of the Española Police Department, hereinafter referred to as “EPD,” and the Española Public School District, hereinafter referred to as the “District,” and collectively referred to as the Parties.”
