This Agreement governs all sales to you of Bercon Rentals Inc. products/services on Terms and Conditions set forth by Bercon Rentals Inc. or which may be established as policy from time to time by Bercon Rentals Inc. Sales representatives or agents of Bercon Rentals Inc. are not authorized to amend or change the Terms of Sale or other Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
