For the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and conditions of employment, RATP Dev DC Circulator, LLCRATP Dev DC Circulator, LLC, (Company) operator of transit services known as “DC Circulator,” recognizes the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1764 (Union) as the exclusive bargaining representative for all full-time and regular part-time bus operators employed by the Company, as set forth in the Certification of Representative in NLRB Case No. 5-RC-15898.
