This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) made this 15th day of June, 2011 by and between The George Washington University (“GW”), a congressionally-chartered non-profit corporation located in the District of Columbia, U.S.A. and The Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague (“Charles”), a public university located in Prague, Czech Republic (each, a “Party”, and together, the “Parties”).
