THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of , 2016, by and between the City of Muskogee, Oklahoma, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the "SELLER," and Muskogee Rural Water District #9 hereinafter called "BUYER", for the sale of treated water to the BUYER from the SELLER’S water supply system. The terms and conditions of this agreement supersede and replace any all prior agreements between the parties. This Agreement is in accordance with the provisions of 11 O.S. 2001, Section 22-104 and the Charter of SELLER.
