Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd ("Bosch") has entered into a customer agreement with you, being the Terms and Conditions of Sale (“the Customer Agreement”), which includes the sale of software required for the functioning of the Products sold to the Customer. Bosch develops, markets and licenses software products for use in video, intrusion, fire, access control and security systems. This software is required for the functioning of the Products sold to the Customer, in terms of the Customer Agreement. This Bosch Software Maintenance Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which Bosch will provide "Maintenance Services" (defined below) to the Customer, as an ancillary service to the sale of the Products to the Customer. The provision of Maintenance Services by Bosch is subject to and conditioned on Customer's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, and the terms of the Service Level Agreement Supplement (the "Supplement").
